The ML-630 vacuum multi-trap is designed to reduce the flow of working fluid vapors into the evacuated chamber by condensing them on the cooled surfaces of the cryogenic trap. The ML-630 can be cooled with water, refrigerant, or liquid nitrogen. When a coolant with a temperature below 0°C is used, the trap provides additional pumping speed for water vapor.
